LUNOVO has established testing and engineering validation capabilities for phase change materials, including material performance testing, product screening, solution validation, and technical support.

Through large-sample PCM testing and professional analytical methods, the company improves the consistency between test results and actual operating conditions, providing robust technical support for customers in material selection, product development, and engineering deployment.

German RAL-associated calorimetry capability

Product handbook references engineering-grade verification with three-layer calorimeter systems associated with German PCM association (RAL) designated testing practice — including comparison versus traditional DSC.

  • Larger sample mass (e.g. ~100 g) vs DSC (≤10 mg)
  • Melting / freezing closer to real duty cycles; reduced artificial supercooling
  • Results more representative of engineering-scale PCM behavior
